Elfa the Elf’s Birthday! Our day at Little Learners Elf Workshop!

We we’re kindly asked to attend an Elf Workshop with our local Little Learners! Georgia holds terms of mark making and messy play and theyre not only educational but they are soooo much fun!!

For Christmas she launched some Christ-MESS classes which are actually sold out now – she held two Elf Workshop classes and we went to the Morpeth one which was held at Treasure Island softplay! Our favourite and best softplay we’ve been to so far, our opinion of course – the Vanilla Lattes are beautiful!

When we got to the class we stuffed an Elf soft toy from Teddy Mountain. Alden named his Elfa and we filled out his birth certificate – Alden wrote his own name so well as the Bear Maker! Im super proud of how well his writing skills are coming on, attending his normal little learners term has definitely been supporting his mark making with the lines, arches zig zags and swirls!

Dotted around the room were different Christmas activity stations we had fun drawing snowmans and christmas crocodiles. We used glue and glitter to decorate his special santa star bauble which we’ve came home and hung on Marmar’s tree. The most important part if you ask Alden there were cookies! Alden helped himself to more than one – little cookie monster!

At the end we all gathered around for a couple of Christmas stories before leaving for some fun in softplay!

Thank you Georgia, for a lovely workshop we’re super excited for the ChristMess class! If you’d like to see more about our day we’re taking part in Vlogmas this year over on our channel! Click here to see todays – day 2 Vlogmas!
